Good family business. Quickly measured up and talked through the options. Once the door was made it was no-fuss installation. The guys cracked on with it, worked solid and were done in a few hours. Although this firm has done work for me in the past to a good standard, I am disappointed with them. They quoted a cheap price to repair a PVC door but did not come out today to do the job . I think they underestimated the cost and didn't want the job .All they had to do was contact me to say they couldn't do it and I would have accepted that,they are neighbours after all, but they didn't bother. I know they weren't busy because they live only a few doors down from me and their van was parked on their driveway from 330pm.I am annoyed because I had to hang around on a hot afternoon waiting in vain for them to turn up.
