Balloon belles supplied a beautiful organic balloon installation for my daughters 21st in the garden. Making it very special during these covid times.

I contacted Balloon Belles to create a special balloon cluster for my sisters 40th birthday and she was delighted when they arrived! I live in Australia and they made it really easy to organise via email and the result was perfect. I highly recommend them for quality and service.

I wanted to have balloons from Balloon Belles for my 30th birthday party last night. I emailed them a week ago to ask if they could provide balloons for my party and they emailed back to say that they were free which was amazing at such short notice. They gave me a WhatsApp number to message them on so that communication would be easier. I Whatsapped them and after one reply I never heard back. I Whatsapped them 3 times and could see that they had read all of my messages but no one replied. I called them and emailed them but nothing. It was so strange to have no communication back from them at all. I wouldn't have minded if they couldn't do my party in the end but they should have emailed me to say that instead of ignore me. It resulted in me having no balloons for my party at all last night as I was waiting on Ellie and Mia from Balloon Belles to reply. I am extremely disappointed and am left feeling very frustrated. I would not recommend Balloon Belles as you may be left without any decorations like I was. I am not one for writing negative reviews, I always recommend suppliers that I have for weddings or parties but this was such an awful experience that I feel leaving a bad review may be the only way that I get a response from Ellie and Mia as to why I have been ignored.

Amazing! They always responded to my silly questions and were contactable at all hours throughout the planning stage and on the day. Stunning display, exactly what I wanted!!! They even arranged a test cluster of balloons so I could check the colours worked! 10/10 they were brilliant!!!! Made my wedding beautiful!

I don't usually write many reviews however I used Balloon Belles for my sisters 30th and I couldn't speak any higher of a company.The communication in regards to the organisation and logistics was spot on & the final product was beautiful. I could of sworn that I cried when i saw them up.I was worried that when I ordered the balloons I had to sort them out myself (I'm not very creative) but the girls took care of the layout and made it look far more stunning than I could of ever imagined. Thank god!Looking forward to using you both again!

We used Balloon Belles for a special event and there attention to detail was out of his world. Organic installations wowed our guests and lit up our venue. Recommend whole heartedly and will use for any future events. Thanks Paul & Liza
