I had been warned of the hair-do and customer service quality I may receive at this salon...But I am not one to draw conclusions from others experiences. I went ahead and booked an appointment in the shop for 1pm today June 4th, about 2 weeks ago. My details were written down by the Portuguese lady who does hair... I planned to do a weave and she was to sell the extension. I drove for an hour (both ways) to this salon and she is not there. The sales girl asks me to wait 30 minutes. I go around the town browsing and return 1 hour later and she is still not back. Not even the courtesy to call me to cancel or make different arrangements... I ring her number over and over and it goes straight to voicemail after 1 ring. I would not have taken out my old braids if I had just been called. What was the point of scheduling an appointment... Like it was some professional do!I had been warned! I went ahead and I learned a different lesson.My hair is exposed and will probably be damaged...
