Made an online order not received any tracking email or any information. Tried calling tried emailing still not heard anything back stay far away from this scam company

god i absolutly love this place!! my fella hates how much i spend in here. with me having a boy, nothing looks nice on him unless its designer! being from liverpool, thats what its mainly about and ive yet to find a shop whos as cheap as this one too! ill be a life long customer thats for sure

Placed an order that I needed before the end of the week. Once I ordered , foolishly read all the reviews about poor delivery and service. Called the store, spoke to a helpful lady who said they have my item in stock so she will process for delivery within 24-48 hours.Received via DPD as next day delivery so within the 24 hours! Item as expected.

great kids shop, could burst your bank account but they have good deals just now so worth a visit if you go know!!!????

Poor service. I ordered three swimming costumes online and received confirmation they had been ordered and the money taken from my account. A week later I was refunded - no email explaining why or apology.

Can’t say enough about staff they our so helpful and nothing is problem to find anywhere for you have been shopping for years at this shop Happy New Year 2022

Absolute rubbish service. Received email saying items dispatched a week ago. Rang royal mail to find out only to be told they haven't received the parcel yet.Been trying to call them but no answer over a week.Will not be using this company as there is far better places

Only my wife and one other couple at till. 3 tills only one operating. 7 staff 3 behind the till rest on shop floor and my wife was waiting 10 minutes and nobody aproched or said anything. More staff than shoppers as the shop was empty. No customer service what ever. Not a cheap shop either.

The worst service I have ever experienced in my whole life. Tried to purchase a top for my sons birthday. Gave myself enough time for it to arrive. No response from kids cavern until a week after his birthday saying the item was out of stock. Then I have waited a whole month for my refund which I still have not received. Please don’t order anything from this sight there communication is non existent. They also take money of customers knowing full well the item is not in stock.

Can’t help but say that every time I go in this store the staff are so up themselves it takes my breathe away, you’re treated as if you’re a hinderance for even asking a question over a size or you just get looked at up and down. It’s really sad as they would probably do so much better in sales for having friendlier staff!I’m not one to write reviews but this has happened to me on 2 separate occasions ... it’s really bad considering the money we all spend on our children in there. I’m a business owner and if I knew any of my staff conducted themselves like the way the women do at kids cavern they would be dismissed in a heart beat!Safe to say I won’t be buying from this store again ... same feeling everytime I walk out of there after easily spending £500+
