I have been fortunate enough to have been guided and assisted all the way through from day one to completion for my first home purchase by the marvellous (to say the least) Chloe and Hannah, who have looked after me with painstaking attention to details and flexibility to all my needs. We used first mortgage to buy our recent property due to the already brilliant reviews that they have and we couldn’t be happier that we chose them. Hannah and Matthew helped us from day one until the day we moved in to our new home and answered every query that we had straight away, if there was anything they could not personally help with they pointed us in the right direction. Started our remortgage with Vicki who was lovely, happy to help, helped us with everything we needed and then was passed to Glynis who again was lovely, helped us with every thing we needed and both went above and beyond to speed things up and break things down for me and my partner. As first time buyers two years ago and a remortgage now they have both helped us massively to understand everything as me and my partner were clueless to these things. Everyone I’ve dealt with at first mortgage has been friendly and happy to help in any way. Will keep on using them for the foreseeable and always confident they will make everything as smooth as possible when can.
