We went in at around half 8 for some food and drinks. The food was great (burger and chips and burger and roast veg). The service was good, drinks were good. Major problem was how annoyingly loud the music was. It was at night club volume and bearing in mind it was not even 9pm yet it made us eat then leave as we couldn't hear each other and literally had to shout. Not cool when there are people eating and chatting. Maybe wait till you've stopped serving food to crank up the music. The music wasn't great anyway. Not a single song I'd ever heard of lol.

We ate on the lunch menu today which was exceptionally reasonably priced and the service was excellent! Only criticism was the sweet potato wedges. Personal preference but deep fried in a batter and really heavy. But lovely day out all round in a lovely setting!!

Cocktails come from a machine. Nice location. Music was OK but a little loud in places and quiet in others.
