I have booked our dream Disney World holiday via Polkadot Travel in Lichfield, Alicia and the team were very friendly and managed to price match what I had found. Id rather book via a Travel Agent then online myself.Since booking, I was having some trouble understanding Disney's Disney Experience app, linking tickets and seeing all of my party in my App, I tried to call today but the call was diverted to Josh in Cannock and kudos to Josh! He has been so helpful and informative and has dealt with the issue for me.Thank you Josh & Alicia for all your help with my Disney World booking today.

Was OK in the end, got holiday we wanted , although first booking for hotel in Spain, wen we done our research into hotel it had terrible reviews, so canceled that 1. Got good hotel after going into shop and going over with them wot we wanted.
