Dockhead Fire Station

I really want that if the station was called Blackwall. I miss it. ☹️☹️ My favourite series are 1,2 and 3. I really miss you guys.

Absolutely a fantastic Fire Station just a shame they knocked the old building down

The biggest thank to the wonderful officers, who came out to the Canada Estate SE16, to save a pigeon, who had its wings trapped behind netting on a 10 th floor balcony.The officers used their ingenuity to adapt their rescue tools, to cut the netting, the position and angle made the rescue tricky, but their skill, at cutting netting from a distance, without harming the pigeon, shone through, and the bird flew away to freedom and safety in the sky. All life is precious. Thank you Dockhead Fire Brigade ❤️

Used as the Location of Blackwall Fire Station in the 1980's & 90's TV series London's Burning.

Yer i used to live in st james road i i remember it very well it was on the Scot legit est of Jamaica road known then has blackwall fire station on london.s b in the late 1980.s to early 1990.s i still am watching now on free view drama channel 20 on in the morning at 8.00-and repeated at15.00after noon very nice bunch of actors who play the fire fighters vist there many times.and watch the training at the back in Jacob street. and behind is the bermondsey wall i used to go to the sweet shop on that est prad of shop.s on Scot lidgit when i was a little born and bread in bermondsey from the eary 1960.s i dont miss a episode it is still good at looking back to when it first started

I really miss that film. It was really fantastic. I wish, I could see the station. :) :)
