Bought a lovely Jag XF from Craig & Jess a couple of weeks ago. Customer service was second to none and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Will be returning here for my next car for sure.**Update**Had a problem with the air con on the car last week and got back in touch with Craig and Jess. They organised the repair for me almost immediately !!! I simply cannot fault these guys for their 5star customer service, communication and professionalism. It's extremely rare to come across this level of service and aftercare.I can highly recommend them for your next car. I've already spread the word amongst my network and they will be my first port of call when I want to change my car in the future.

Craig was amazing, he was able to let us view the car in our own space and was on hand to answer questions when required. In the end we opted not to go ahead based on personal preference of specification however Craig was speedy and gentlemanly in returning our deposit. Would recommend for sure!

Horrendous car.Brought a car april 2022 for 3.6k. In November it broke down and the engine head needed skimming. The 3rd and 4th cylinder were basically not functional. Took it back to a mechanic in march and he said its not worth the money to fix and to just drive it until I can't anymore. September 2023 it has now completely broken down.

I spoke with this dealer about buying a car and paid a deposit. I ended up going with a different car but they refunded the deposit easily and promptly. Even though I didn't buy from them it was still a positive experience. :)

Went and bought a V50 with the D5 engine & manual transmission. A pretty rare package. I think the car was very reasonably priced given all 4 corners had new pads, tyres and rotors, and generally a well maintained car. Great customer service, and a nice chat about cars with Craig. We recently purchased a Saab 93 Convertible from Craig at CJ Autos and he could not have been more helpful. His attitude was perfect for us, leaving us to check over and discuss the car in privacy, but ready to help and explain whenever we wanted him.A minor intermittent electronics issue which cropped up during the first week of ownership was dealt with immediately and with no quibbles at all.We would very happily deal with Craig again and would recommend any of our friends to do the same. Friendly, professional and excellent service.

I can't speak highly enough of Craig and Jess with their friendly exemplary customer service. Sorted out a small problem with a car we bought from them really quickly whilst also lending us a courtesy car. Fantastic service from first inquiry, sale and even after sale.Craig and Jess were great, answered many questions, nothing was too much trouble and they got back to you quickly.Always a worry buying a used car but I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from CJ autos and have recommend them to friends and family.
