Horrible service. Went there after being referred by 111 for an appointment at a specific time, only to be told there is no certain appointment time or order and patients are taken by the severity of their symptoms so even if others come after you, you might still sit around and wait. No need to explain that we sat there for nearly 3 hours with our 1year old son with extreme fever, swollen throat, unable to eat or drink and rash/eczema all over his body.

Bad services, phlegmatic staff, every time I had the smallest problem I couldn't solve it with them, they sent us both children and adults to the hospital. They send us non stop letters to introduce ourselves to see if we are still in the UK, I only went to see us face to face until now, the last time I went to them after a week and I found out that they removed my whole family from the system .I will complain to the NHS that he does not deserve to represent them. By the way, I gave one star because I can't give 0.

The worst NHS ever ever I've seen in England. Queue from 7:30 am ,and in end no appointment left after five people booked. I'm sure they kept the other appointments for their own people. This is my second bad experience with this rubbish centre. And very rude people.now I'm in pain and I have high blood pressure. I asked her can see the doctor and she was like not there. I felt sorry for myself.

Worst phone service, this practice has gone down hill since the pandemic. I have been on the phone for 2hrs where it is continuously disconnected. How does the NHS assess these practices because behaviour like this is why the hospitals are overwhelmed. Absolutely ridiculous

I've had enough! I wanted to update my kidney medications! But it is constantly overwritten by Gp! However, the Nephrology team sends out my letter, which medicine I need. I didn't get kidney medicine for 3 weeks. I think I don't need more, I'm tired of constant waiting and fighting. What you are doing is a disaster!!!You're playing with my life, you stinky rat!

Worst ever GP I have ever been to. Getting your call answered under 30 mins is big miracle itself. Even it happened twice that after 40 mins they cut my call. Like why?And doctors are worse. This one examined me on phone, didn’t even bother to see me.then talked rudely and said “ ik better then you , let me finish “ . Learn some basic manners first .

By far and away the worst GP practice I have ever been registered with. Topping my comments about another GP practice in this town!Examples1) even though I have been registered with them for more than a year, they have never sought to have all of my medical records. Meaning for an infrequently used medicine recommended for me to use by a specialist Consultant (in London hospital) I personally had to request, the medical records department to send to my GP practice my outpatient records. The hospital made them available to the GP online within a day and confirmed this in writing. Several days later, requested the medication at this practice-they told me they hadn’t received anything. Then when the link was found I was told it would take a further 2 weeks and I would have to wait.2) you wait on hold to get through for hours(no exaggeration). This is only because they have typically 1 person in a call centre answering and finding calls for all of the GP practices they operate! Often when you have been on hold for an extended period they drop your call, presumably to make their performance look good. My advice walk into the service to book. You may be number 28 in the telephone queue, been on hold for an hour and walk in, as I have personally done, to find the receptionists doing admin work and not on the phones.3) specific services are rationalised to the point of why bother?!? For example, cervical screening services are restricted to 1 session a week within a narrow time frame. Making it impossible for working women and mothers to receive timely screening, if at all!4) flawed administrative practices. Had a lump under armpit, when seen by a locum GP his recommendation deviated from national guidance. In that based upon his initial initial observations (that I took a mental note of) he should have referred me the 2WW for suspected cancer. Instead, I was told to book an appointment with the receptionist to have some bloods taken. When I realised what should have happened, phoned to complain. Only to be told the doctors decision was based on their clinical discretion-shouldn’t have been the case-the deviated from national recommendations. Got another appointment with a non-locum doctor. Who agreed I should have been referred to the breast screening clinic. Instead of the necessary paperwork being sent, it was filed away. This was just after the covid restrictions were lifted, so as the weeks went past I patiently waited, believing they had done their job and my referral had been tribes at the hospital. Eventually phoned the hospital to find out the ETA of my appointment only to find out I had not been referred. Phoned the GP again, and was eventually told by a secretary what had occurred ie my paperwork had been filed away. Then to add insult to injury she told me I should be grateful she actually called me to explain what happened. That it was a one off mistake, conveyed in a manner to suggest I was overreacting. NO APOLOGY WAS EVER GIVEN, just EXCUSES. Was told this was a one off, when I enquired about how sure they are, as this may be the tip of the iceberg and is one mistake too many-you could hear tumble weeds rolling by down the phone. So after a month and a bit of waiting (before realising how shoddy their operations were) I was told my paperwork was NOW going to be sent but I would be at the back of the queue and would have to wait. Frustrated and anxious I ended up paying to go private. No apology was given.4) I was initially impressed by the fact you could somewhat seamlessly register online. Don’t be fooled. I as an adult could register, but it took 6,7 or maybe 8 attempts over probably a year to get my son registered at this practice. All the while he had to remain registered at a practice on the other side of Luton.Save yourself the headache, frustration and having to do the work to backfill their failings and register elsewhere if you can. If you are geographically restricted to this practice, manage your expectations of the service’s quality and possibly consider paying for additional private care.

Terrible customer Service. They have members of staff answering calls who can’t speak English well and seems to think that they are also medically trained and are able to diagnose medical issues relating to young children!I called their walk-in center in hopes of taking my two young children in after failing to be seen by a Doctor at the local A&E (told waiting time was 4-6 hours after waiting for 2 hours with a young child at 2am) I was told by receptionist that, if I needed to see a Doctor, I should have waited a further 4-6 hours at the local A&E and that I should try the walk-in center the following day as they were closing in 2hours! I called them at 5.45pm and they close at 8pm. Utterly disappointed in the treatment I received!
