We appointed Michael Tait to carry out a Level 3 Survey for us recently after appointing another surveyor who produced a very basic report we had no confidence in. Michael’s report was incredibly detailed in comparison and we are very pleased. Michael attended the property on Monday and we had the full report by email on Wednesday.
