I took my 30 year old, much loved, bike to Rus for some specific repairs and a general service. It's clear Rus has extensive knowledge of bikes and did just what I asked, and did it well! I found Balanced Cycles helpful, friendly and reasonably priced. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Went to Rus recently for some maintenance on my commuting bike for bike. Really pleased with his work and great attention to detail giving it a full inspection and service, very reasonably priced and helpful. Bike runs much smoother then before.

Russell fixed my touring bike, he knew what needed replacing (chain and rear cassette) my bike is like new, I'm really happy with the service, price, and reliability. I recommend!

I’ve been using Rus of balanced cycles since he set up. I’m always impressed by the attention to detail he pays to the work as my bikes always come back tip top. I highly recommend using Balanced cycles whether for a service of your dream bike, or to sort out specific niggles with your families bikes. Whatever the issue parts are sourced and fitted if needed and the turn around is always quick, efficient and reasonably priced. I for one won’t be going anywhere else for bike servicing and repairs and recommend you don’t either!
