Thanks to Ella on reception and to all the team there. Customer Service and car service etc itself so far has been good. Re-booked in for one other little job for which Carbase had to order the part. If that all goes to plan, hope to be able to give five stars.

Great staff who responded quickly to my e-mail enquiry. Booked my car in for the work required and was notified promptly when the work was finished. Car was clean and tidy when I collected it and report provided on all work carried. out. Will definitely be coming back again.

Hi All,I recently purchased a vehicle from Carbase had some warranty work that needed to be done but unfortunately the warranty company was a waste of space and wouldn't cover any of the small issues.I was in contact with Ella regarding my issues, she came back to me very quickly with a response that Carbase themselves would cover the cost to put these issues right as there after care is just as important to them as the selling part.After my experience with the after care iv received they were very true to their word.The appointed RAC garage themselves which was organised by Carbase to have my issues completed said they've never delt with such an organised company as Carbase and I can definitely vouch for that. I have never experienced an aftercare like iv experienced from Carbase.I think Ella definitely deserves to have a managers position within the business as her customer service skills were exceptional. Her response times were quick, when she said she would get things done they were done quick and she always emailed me with good happy communication and kept me in the loop daily. She is an absolute credit to Carbase and if you are the lucky customer to have to deal with Ella you will definitely agree with me.So folks my summary of Carbase, if you want an excellent warm welcome with drinks on arrival, a good quality vehicle, excellent service and aftercare, happy helpful staff ( like Ella ) that will go above and beyond to help you Carbase is definitely the place to go, I wouldn't think twice about purchasing another vehicle from them nor would I hesitate to point people in there direction to purchase a good quality vehicle.Thank you again Ella for all your help your an absolute star, and thank you Carbase for my excellent vehicle and the whole experience along the wayAll the best to you allKind regardsAdam

Bought a car from Car Base and had a small issue. I was pleasantly surprised to how well and professionally the after sales at Car Base have dealt with it. Credit where it is due!Although I never managed to get through to them via phone, I managed to communicate with Ella at after sales via email from start to finish and got my part replaced! Many thanks to Ella for the help! I am hoping the issue I originally had and the part I replaced does put an end to this odd issue I was having, and have asked to give the continuous support if this specific issue comes back again – I am pretty sure it won’t! But if it does, I am confident enough they will help again.Note to management: Please don’t use a drill driver to screw on the Car Base number plates! The personnel who drilled my back number plate, managed to blunt, and chewed up the screw. I had to use plyers to open it! Most people would have struggled but as I dealt with something similar in the past, I managed to get it out!Thanks for all the help!

Great service from start to finish. Even though I turned up before they actually opened I was welcomed and our car booked in within minutes. Booked for a MOT and service the car was booked for the full day. Great news was that although I had already approved changing the brake fluid if needed, tests showed it was not necessary saving nearly £60. More Great news was the car ready early and we could pick the car up and get back on the road for another year. Many thanks to all involved.

I was referred to Carbase Service by the autocentre which sold me my car, with an extended 1-year RAC warranty: some 4 months after purchase it had developed a problem with the handbrake. I was looked after by Ella, who was very helpful and reassuring; she advised me to have the repairs done by a local garage, which I did. I then sent her the invoice which I had paid, and it was reimbursed to me within 24 hours. I am completely satisfied with the way the warranty has worked, and the way in which my claim was dealt with. Full marks to Ella and to Carbase.

I had an annual service carried out on my vehicle. Superb customer experience. It was clarity from start to finish. Very efficient and kept me updated. Excellent service and I will certainly use them again.

Had new car booked in for a post sale service as part of the sale agreement. Service was carried out a lot quicker than I was expecting which was nice. Ella even sorted out a refund I was promised for a new battery I had to purchase. Great service. Definitely recommend.
