My prescription was sent here by mistake, I need to contact the pharmacy to release the prescription. Ive tried calling for three days in a row all day, I must have called over 20 times. No one ever pics up and their general enquires line just goes round in circles. Useless

There was long queue and while waiting I overheard the person on the pharmacy counter charm everyone in front of me. Five or so people left with a smile on their face as she was both cheery and really sincere. I haven't seen anything quite like it in retail. She was incredibly friendly and also entirely appropriate in the little compliments she gave.I couldn't see a name badge but they had died hair and funky vintage glasses.

Update 19 June 2020 - the attached pic was taken tester morning about 10am. Granted it was raining, but I was surprised how few shoppers there were!The staff are always helpful even when they're busy, as they were last Sunday, 1st December. The Winchester store is quite large, especially for a town centre, with lots of products on offer. Having several entrances helps with foot traffic.

Massive queues. Not covid safe. Manager fairly rude.god I HATE this shop. The young pharmacist saying 'lovely' when she'd finished dealing with me and hadn't helped at all. Well good luck to her when she has to deal with menopause without hrt.

SHORT STAFFEDEvery day overwhelming queues for the pharmacy. I've tried for two weeks to pick up a prescription (which is ready for collection) My lunch 1/2 hour isn't long enough to wait in a queue for an hour. I feel for the pharmacy staff, they're under so much pressure, this is when mistakes happen!!!!Remarkably, If the store closes whilst you're in the queue, it's all hands to the pharmacy. This tells us they're short staffed.For goodness sake Boots Winchester, get your act together and get your staff sorted to help out on the pharmacy when needed. The pharmacist shouldn't have to live with your incompetence to manage your own staff.Still waiting in the queue!!!!i

I watched on while Becs served an elderly lady with getting some photos printed. Absolutely brilliant customer service and such a lovely person to have on your staff. Becs also helped my friend out when the sticker printer broke. The problem couldn't be resolved but a pleasant customer experience nonetheless.

Chloe helped my mum to find a perfect foundation shade and she was so helpful about how to apply it and so knowledgeable. I cannot say how kind and friendly she was.

The pharmacy staff are so friendly and helpful once you get to the front but the queues are unacceptably long and they rarely answer the phone. I can't stand in a queue for a long time at the moment. There is quite a long delay between prescriptions being sent from the gp and the pharmacy ordering them in so I worry about running out. Please answer the phone!!!!!

Amazing customer service from May at the Lancôme counter. Can’t imagine going anywhere else for any make up / skin care needs! She’s always so friendly and super helpful with any beauty questions. Makes for a really delightful shopping experience

Seems like no one in the pharmacy wants to answer the phone when you call..I've been trying for almost 3 days now to see if my prescription is ready to be picked up even though there suppose to text me to let me know they never do the standards of this service in the boots store winchester has certainly slipped dramatically...oh there's a new pharmacy just opened up where the lloyds pharmacy was at the bottom of the high street I wonder if they just leave the phone to ring for days on end , when you have ran out of two important medications that i desperately need as I havnt had two of my main medications now for three days and is beginning to feel poorly because of it and lack of communication at the boots store winchester pharmacy team diabolical what's the problem of not answering the phone when it rings ?
