I'm amazed with Shaz and his garage. I thought I would have to scrap my 2009 Kia ceed as another garage that I have used before and asked 3x more for the same job.All my problems were sorted for an honest price and everything was clearly communicated with me over the phone, including the potential of the caliper replacement if they can't fix them. Another garage would replace them without trying and charge me. Not this garage.From now on, this is my default garage for servicing and MOT.

Words cannot express my utter disgust and terrible experience with these fellas. I came in to fix hand brake (electric). 48 hours later, problem occurred again. Upon coming back, I was told we can fix the same problem again but I will be billed for hours spent, To my disappointment I said why must I pay to fix same problem AGAIN!, he had the audacity to tell me, I am taking one of my guys to focus on your vehicle, so it would be charged by the hour, but we would fix it for free. Being extremely confused, I asked ‘you’ll fix the problem again for free but charge me for the hours spent on it?, he said yes in the most confident way. I made it very clear, that I wasn’t going to pay to fix same problem again and threatened to write to the city council/ governing body. Upon realising this, he said I’ll do it for free. The problem was fixed second time round but the thought of ripping your own customers into paying something they already paid is extremely unethical and disgusting. Would not recommend these guys!!!

Been a happy customer every time I visited this place. They are very busy but that's a good sign. Very reasonably priced and the work they do is good. They actually resolve your problems and prevent your car from having more troubles in the near future.

My van broke down in Scotland and got recovered to this garage after 2 weeks they called to tell me they are unable to fix my van because they don’t have the staff to do timing belts the guys where good on the phone and good at letting me know what’s happening my only trouble has been when I got my van back it is absolutely covered in oily hand prints all over the van so I would suggest investing in some gloves to keep your customers vehicles clean it’s a white van it’s gonna be a pain to clean now.

Can definitely recommendCame here to get my battery looked into after my car wouldn't start one afternoon.Service was professional, all repairs were explained and pictures shown. Reasonable repairs were attempted before replacing any parts.Good experience and well priced!

Broke down whilst on holiday in Scotland. The RAC were really struggling to find a garage who could take the car and replace the clutch within our holiday period. Along came Arifs who saved the day took the car at short notice and repaired for the next day and all for a brilliant price! If I could give them 10 stars I would

10/10 had loads on things wrong with my merc that was making think of getting rid of it. But Shaz took great care and fixed them all and my merc feel brand new again and pricing was honest which is very hard to come by these days.Keep up the great work.
