Totally unprofessional and unorganized!Where do I start!I got in touch with Helen a few weeks ago to take her on as a new hair supplier. At that time and to my amazement she was able to supply me with hair in the lengths that I required. The first lot of hair I wasn't happy with but she did inform me that the next batch was going to be better. So I thought I'd give her a second chance. Although I did have to wait aalmost a week for the invoice to arrive which had no date on it! I ordered a colour ring from her, and again no invoice, this was emailed eventually again with no date! When I then went to order hair from her new batch she said she couldn't do it in the lengths I required. So I've purchased a colour ring that isnt fit for purpose! Why she couldn't be straight from the beginning I don't know! This then incurred a cost to myself for postage both ways and a couple of days of texting to finally get my refund!. I've never come across a supplier so unprofessional as Helen. I urge salon owners to be careful with this company!
