Purchased a kit for my Weber carb , came with a part incorrect and a part missing , unwilling to help and resolve the problem, implied I was lying about the situation , had to get the problem resolved by the manufacturer of the kit who happily provided the correct bits FOC !!!!!!!!!Would avoid at all cost and the customer service is horrendous !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have used their ebay shop to purchase a fuel regulator. Terms stated dispatch in 24 hours, paid on checkout. 8 days later item was still not posted - after saying it’s a joke that it takes so long and puts my work on hold, got a response back they will cancel my order, and I should go shop elsewhere. Cancelled my order and yes refunded but I clearly said i don't want it cancelled - just send the part over. Awful seller. And as they recommended themselves - better off shopping elsewhere

Purchased a diverter valve from this company via Ebay. Arrived with missing parts. Contacted the company immediately who then implied it was my fault. If you read previous reviews that seems to be the general consensus as the latest two also had missing parts. Had to contact Ebay to get my full refund. Avoid at all costs and go to a well-known company.

What a joke. I called to ask if I was ordering the correct gaskets and she wouldn’t take my vin number over the phone. Her excuse was that because I’m calling from a mobile phone she might hear it wrong. She told me to email it her. I’m not waiting for you to take my money, someone else will have it now.
