Nice set up, changing rooms and reception/cafe area. Need to book I believe to ensure access to swimming. General swim at certain times only as before it's laned swimming and 14yr + only so best to check to find suitable times.

Fantastic pool. Really modern and clean. Excellent slides and water sprays for young children. Water polo / volleyball. Well priced. Nice cafe and soft play area. Lockers included in price.

The best active Northumberland site i hav visited so far, the pool was full length, and had a separate kids pool with water park and slide

Well worth a visit, very clean and the facilities were great. Fantastic shower cubicles that you can fit your little ones in with you. Great that they have a dedicated swimming lane even during public swim.

It's clean and efficient, clinical even. The pools are certainly not for recreation - nowhere to put a towel etc, in fact you're discouraged from bringing anything into the pool area. The changing rooms are co-ed, private cubicles, lockers. A few showers and hairdryers. The floors are wet everywhere, tho I have seen guys mopping them. The pool water is warm.

Been a member for a couple months now and I'm loving it. Lots of choice and things to do for all tastes. Classes,gym,pool spa and great facilities.never been at the one before but they've definitely done a great job with the new building.

We loved it here. Slides were fun for the kids (even if I was a little gutted adults aren’t allowed on!). Really clean and super friendly staff.

Poor website unable to see swimming times, no-one answering phone, when finally booked in in person, pool cold, and family changing rooms in disgusting state with litter and thick piles of wet hair over floor. Disappointed as we have used before with no problem.

We had booked into Berwick Leisure centre while on holiday at Haggerston Castle. We bought the weekly tourist pass for the gym , pool and class access. We have had nothing but excellent service and advice whenever we have been. Or needed to ask any questions - Felt like a full time member.Gym is air conditioned and very modern . With all machines you need and plenty cardio options . Facilities are immaculate and so much space in the changing rooms etc.I also Enjoyed an aqua fitness class which was very fun and upbeat.We also paid extra to use the thermal spa for 2 nights running as we enjoyed it so much !! So relaxing after the gym.

Brilliant facility. We only. Used the pool. But say adverts for the rest, my wife has decided to start using the fitness classes here on the back of seeing the place, the pool was bright, plenty space and safe for children, we were there with our 1 year old and she loved all the things to play and interact with. Worth a visit and a massive upgrade on the previous fitness centre that was here
