I took my granddaughter today, for tooth extractions. The dentist, Abbie was very good, so friendly, talked us through the procedure and made sure she was at ease.I would definitely recommend this dentist. Thank you.

I was in Peterborough for work, had awful toothache. Called Bretton Dental Practice and was given an emergency appointment that day for a very reasonable price. Was seen by Abbie who was amazing, she reassured me and dealt with my toothache. Receptionist where all very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Receptionist not helpful at all caused the dentist to be quite rude to my 15 year old son and myself feeling very bad parent. Treated him appalling using their power over being able to just refuse treatment ( because we can’t afford private treatment making very unprofessional and unproductive comments towards a 15 year old teenager if not properly prepared to deal with patients should be stroke off ) will be taking the matter further with formal complaint. Unfortunately we have come to this kind of behaviour when someone has full power on our health system. It’s bad enough being a parent that has to work 6 day’s a week having to take day’s off to keep an eye on how much paracetamol my son was taking ( no one bothered to ask or even listen to my concerns just judging with harsh comments )“ I’m not going to look after your teeth if you don’t look after them yourself “ bear in mind it’s a rotted tooth that needs extraction but it wasn’t causing problems. It is at the moment still nothing was done antibiotics and come back to check up in December.

AVOID!!!Spoken to like **** by the dentist. I was so nervous when I went in but by the time I left I was a right mess - and £55 lighter. Barely looked in my mouth - In and out in 5 minutes, and that included X-rays being done. Now I know why I could get in as NHS - now going private to be treated with respect!!

Took my 2 year old, after being referred by 111, as she was crying non stop saying her mouth hurt her. The dentist lady was rude from the start, looked in her mouth for less than a second and said she's just teething. I asked if that was why she had temperature and hadn't ate in 3 days because of her pain ? She said yes, she can't see nothing wrong and everything is normal in the mouth. Made me feel like I was just an over-exaggerating 1st time mum. So we went home thinking daughter must just be being dramatic. The following day I took her to the doctors as her crying didn't stop. They took one look in her mouth and diagnosed her with scarlet fever Strep A. Doctor said her tongue and tonsils were badly swollen and she had strawberry tongue". He was dumbfounded that the dentist had said everything was okay and looked fine

Receptionists are rude but my dentist is lovely. But if you are booked in for a certain time they should keep to that time so you don’t need to wait. . I arrive on time and then someone goes in before me. If I was late they would refuse to see me. Should work both ways! Automated booking confirmations and reminders are flaky too

My 11 & 8 year old have been coming for years, always been fantastic with them. My 3 year old had her second appointment today and the dentist was so friendly and welcoming that she even felt comfortable enough to sit on the chair on her own and open wide which is fantastic as she usually struggles with new people. All left very happy, would recommend to anyone! ❤️

I hate the dentist at the best of times but after speaking to the reception team they got me In for an emergency appointment the next day. Sadly I needed an extraction but Abbie the dentist put me at ease and wouldn't do the work until she was 100% sure the pain relief had kicked in and my pain had subsided. I can honestly say it didn't hurt a bit and I'm finally out of pain.A great service and I won't be worried about going back.
