Lazy Scientist Sauces

I came across these sauces completely accidentally but am truly 100% addicted. I LOVE spicy food and can tolerate heat, but this isn’t just hot, it actually just tastes really good. Usually eating something this spicy can really ruin the flavour of the food, or completely overpower it, but the actual flavour of the sauce is so great, it makes every meal taste even better.I never leave reviews but have bought this for my boyfriend and my dad as gifts this year, and the people at Lazy Scientist are great. Ordered and delivered in less than 24 hours (I am local to Brixton but even so - the delivery was followed up by an email from the Director to thank me for my purchase).Couldn’t recommend more and would suggest everyone stock up before it goes viral :)

I originally brought the Brixton Hot Sauce from my local store in Brixton and it has since become a staple in my sauce collection. I then went on to order all of the sauces from Lazy Scientist and they are as good as I hoped. The Black Gold is winner in any sandwich and if you back yourself at being able to take the heat, Fiery Wing Ting' will sort you out!Do yourself a favour and buy them. You won't regret it!

My friend introduced me to Lazy Scientist Sauces and I have never looked back! These guys make the best hot sauce out there and I can't get enough of their products.I have tried all the sauces and highly recommend any of them. The flavours are great and there is just the right balance of heat while being able to enjoy the taste.The Brixton Reaper is really up there as a firm favourite, if you want to try something with a nice kick, this is worth every penny! If you can get your hands on any of the Collab sauces they did, in particular 'Grandpa's Tabacky' you are in for a real treat!The service is excellent and Steve is very help and informative. Great local London business that deserves the upmost respect for their excellent craftmanship.

Originally got some sauces from a pop up in Wandsworth.Loved the sauces (especially Chip) and recently bought more online. Quick delivery and friendly service (had to change my address).Will be ordering more again soon!

My absolute favourite hot sauces! As a massive lover of all things chilly I am yet to come across hot sauces that come even close to these. Brixton sauce combines intense heat and depths of flavours while the mango reaper is sweet and indulgent with a finishing touch of heat. Outstanding!

Really good, the pizza sauces are brilliant even for friends with less spicy love and the hot sauces (primo particularly) are great. Got some as a gift then ordered more.

Thanks to Beth at Brixton brewery tap room. She suggested I try the mango reaper a couple of years ago. Not looked back. All the sauces are delicious. So moreish. You can taste the love, care and attention that has been put into them.Also, if you get lucky and see a limited edition/special - buy it you can thank me later.

I have tried a number of the Lazy Science sauces, salts, dusts and rubs - and they are now my go to for seasoning. The salts, dusts and rubs are innovative - bringing spice and flavour. I use them on meat, fish and vegetables. The Apocalypse X tastes amazing on home made chips. The Brixton Reaper sauce is genuinely one of the best hot sauces I have tried - properly spicy and punchy but with proper flavour as well. I can’t wait to try more of the range.
