Originally went to have exhaust fitted. I was told sorry we don't carry stock anymore. I ask why? I was told there's no call for them. But we can order you one in but we don't know when we shall receive it. Very disappointed

Very helpful, called in on a busy Saturday afternoon. Had a problem with my van exhaust. Although they were busy and didn’t have the exhaust section in stock, they still managed to find the time to have a look and to complete a successful temporary repair, not only to enable me to get back home but to return the day after the bank holiday, when they supplied and fitted the new exhaust section. Top service and highly recommend. Thank you.

They done my tracking on my van made it worse then befor. Had it looked at by another garage and they said it was way out. For a vehicle that had been tracked. I'm neva going back to that branch of etb .

Went there with my a6 on Tuesday due to a vibration was told by one of the guys both back wheels was buckeled so deicide to take to a wheel specialist which the took a look and told me the wheels was not buckeled just need balancing which he did now perfect avoid this place at all costs because they haven't got a clue and I think management need to train there monkey's a little better could be a life on the line
