This is the place to go for an outstanding customer service experience. They also do a fab job at cleaning. Our daughter's wedding dress came back as new. Millie is a credit to the Johnson's business (no relation).

Great dry cleaners, I've used this place a few times now and the staff are fantastic. Clothes smell amazing when you collect them. I've used for my wedding dress, blazers, coats.

Well placed, staff friendly and efficient my cleaning was done within a day and to good standard.

My 80 year old mum was badly injured in a car accident whilst wearing her favourite, dry clean only, pink jacket. It had heavy blood stains on the collar and shoulders. Natalie at Johnson’s was lovely and said they would try their best. At first it didn’t come out, so I signed to say they could go ahead with further treatment and a cold wash but if it wasn’t successful, or the jacket was ruined, they would not take responsibility. I was fine with this as at this stage, the jacket couldn’t be worn anyway.Natalie, her colleague and the manageress, all worked as a team and promised to do their best.Well, what a fantastic outcome! Mum’s jacket is virtually stain free. They have worked wonders and really know their stuff. They were so sympathetic regarding my mum and we received a service that was above and beyond. If you have any staining issues on dry clean only fabrics, these girls are the best ever, they’re truthful, speedy, informative and caring and understanding. A real credit to the Timpson group. I can’t begin to thank you.

Can’t praise them enough! Brilliant service. Have used them a few times in the last month and each time they have been amazing. They go above and beyond. Had a zip put in and they also pressed my dress, which looked fabulous.

Absolutely brilliant service. I didn't get the lady's name unfortunately (working 26/05/23 10am) but she managed to fix, press and defluff my trousers after they got heavily creased after the Coronation. She was so lovely and went above and beyond for me. Now I'm ready for the Battle of Atlantic parade tomorrow. 5* service thank you so much.

Just a big thank you to Millie for her exceptional customer Service! Extremely friendly and very professional. My Mother of the Groom Dress was cleaned to a very high standard after various marks that appeared through out my son's wedding day, even the Espresso Martini stain came out. Not a mark to be seen. Cannot grumble at my experience, very impressed with the outcome of my trench coat. It is a few years old and has come out looking like new. Served by Sarah, Nat and Millie. Amazing customer service, everybody very polite and kind.
