Nice friendly family run business who take their time to show you different options within your budget range without any pressure selling.The coffee shop is an additional bonus and gives you time to think about the type of caravan you may want to purchase.

My partner and I went to buy a motorhome but as soon I said I was a cash buyer the sales guy didn't take me seriously, as I asked if the price of motorhome I was interested in was negotiable ! They're loss as I bought one from elsewhere. I have to say at no point was any assistance offered while we were browsing the models on offer an as far as we were aware the staff didn't take me seriously probably as I was dressed in my works clothing . An old saying says never judge a book by it's cover.. shame on you Newport caravans.

Outstanding service from Owen (and director mark) for fitting me in for an air con unit to be fitted to my moho days before we're off to Europe. Nothing too much trouble and they even picked me up from the train station to collect the moho as it was bucketing down5 star service would definitely use again. Thanks guys

Definitely one of the best companies I have dealt with. We purchased a campervan, the handover was second to none, and was very informative. Rhodri kept us informed at every stage of the purchase. Recently bought an Abbey vogue GTS from Scott at Newport caravans. There was an intermittent problem with the fridge on our first trip and we were told to bring it back in which we did. Problem appears to have been fixed but have been told to contact them if there are any more problems. Very happy with the caravan and the customer service.

I asked for a same day Habitation check and the staff went out of their way to turn it round quickly. I had a call to collect before lunch time, so we’ll pleased with the service on my motorhome.Andy Baird
