Usually pretty efficient. Mostly drop'n'swap for us. Stop at the gatehouse, fill out the form with your inbound trailer and job reference, and they'll give you a slip with the outbound's location and where to drop your empty.

Very busy distribution warehouse, at peak times you can be here for many hours, basic driver facilities in the main building or you can wait in your cab but must sit in passenger seat.

Before the lockdown, service was shocking and had to constantly go into office building and for paperwork.. during lockdown this has shifted the process and paperwork on collecting is located with the trailer when giving in the reference in. Simple reference in and slip in return with relevant information. Haven't waited for hours in several months and the loads are being done as expected times.

I will be honest, it's not the best place to go to. They are very strict on times so don't get there early. Most of the staff struggle with the lack of manners and it's a very long winded process to book in. Not a very quick tip.

Don't be in a hurry, get ready for a sleep. After you have dropped your trailer on the dock and parked your unit by the fence then put your keys in the security, unbelievable.
