Hawkswick Lodge fruit farm

Lovely and well organized. I like that the strawberries are elevated from the ground. I've been to other farm those strawberries are on the ground and many are rottened/ stepped on.

Absolutely fantastic place. Just wow! The strawberries are chest level so no crouching down to find the jewels. Just stand and pick but remember to look deep within as the nice big strawberries are there. Had a lovely day and definitely much cheaper than any other places I’ve been too. Defo worth a visit!Strawberries, black currants, raspberries and red currants available. Make sure you call before you go as it’s not open everyday.

Quite a big farm with lots selection of strawberries and raspberries when I went. Raspberries were really sweet and juicy and would recommend people to come here. Price can be a-bit expensive for raspberries but overall great experience on pick your own fruits in the farm. Great for families.

Travelled in from MK, fantastic farm to pick strawberries, clean and neatly organised, the staff (from Sunday) were lovely and welcoming, my daughter had a superb experience, great prices as well, keep up the good work and many thanks!

Located in the countryside, be sure to have your navigation system on because I saw few directional signs and its off a high speed road. Vast fields of fruit well laid out. Be sure to come in season and in the morning to ensure the best selection. With a minimum £3 spend you can get lots of fruit at a fair price.

Really a very good place to pick strawberries, raspberries, blackberries fresh directly from the farm. You will enjoy the freshness of the fruit picked from the farm.Tip 1: Before visiting, please check whether they are open or not by calling them or checking on website. They are not open all the days.Tip 2: Please check what fruits are available to pick before you visit.

Fabulous time picking our own strawberries and blackberries here. I like that the strawberries were raised so that you didn’t have to stoop down to pick them.I recommend- coming on a Saturday for the best fruit quality.- taking a photograph of the map upon entry as once you’re inside it can be hard to remember which of the fields were recommended/in season.One way which the owners could improve the experience would be to add a couple of pop-up gazebos to provide shade, as the fields can get quite hot in the sun, or equally it could provide some rain cover for the occasional drizzle as it can be quite a long walk back to the tills (and this would probably reduce some of the queueing at the tills once it starts raining). Otherwise I’d give the experience 5 out of 5 and look forward to coming back another time.
