Ric provided an amazing service and was always there 24/7 as and when I needed a chat. He provided me with so many positive ways to think, act and believe in myself again.For anyone looking to use Rics service I highly recommend it! So understanding and caring for everyone and I can’t recommend it enough :)

Ric has helped me more in 2 hours than I could have done for myself in years. He is a calm presence to explore pain and trauma with, and a compassionate, encouraging guide to keep the process in progress. I cannot recommend his help more highly, no one will regret sitting down with Ric!

Ric has been a massive help to me. I have a long way to go but the whole thing is massively eased as he let's me go at my own pace. He's the best counselor I've ever had and I can't reccomend him enough.

I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering counselling or is struggling at all, to contact Ric. Personally, it took me a long time before I actually tried going to counselling because I was always so anxious about it. However, Ric has been very understanding, empathetic and helpful, while also creating a safe space from the very first session. From the moment I started my first session, I knew that I was in a safe space and felt totally comfortable to talk to Ric. I soon realised that counselling wasn’t as scary as I thought it was! Counselling can be very daunting, so having such a thoughtful, trustworthy and considerate counsellor makes such a huge difference. I have benefitted from every single session and cannot recommend Ric’s counselling high enough!

Ric really helped me understand myself, my triggers, my relationships and I did genuinely feel that I grew in my understanding of how to help myself. I really couldn't recommend him highly enough.
