Clerwood Kitchens and Bathrooms

I recently used Clerwood to install a new bathroom and from the moment I stepped into the showroom the service was excellent. I first met David who designed the baths. His patience was superb. The men who installed it (the two Colins) were excellent tradesmen. Even down to the office staff the service was extremely friendly and professional.

As a business that buys & sells investment properties we have used Clerwood kitchen & bathrooms for a number of refurbishments recently and have been very impressed with the company throughout the renovation process, the staff are professional and all jobs so far have come in on time and crucially on or even under budget which is vital when when turning or flipping" properties. I would have no hesitation in recommending Clerwood to individuals or other businesses

We had Clerwood KB design and Install a new kitchen and also Install a new boiler. From start to finish the guys were on hand with advice and support to any quieries we had. A wall was removed to make our livingroom/kitchen open plan, all work completed to a high standard. We are looking to them to design and Install a new bathroom for us now. Would certainly recommend Clerwood KB.

I had my bathroom fully refurbished by Clerwood Kitchens and bathrooms and what a fantastic job the guys did. Initially i visited their showroom in Bathgate which was fantastic as it gave me some great ideas and the designer in the showroom (Brooke) really helped bring my ideas to life. Could not thank these guys enough and would highly recommended!

DO NOT GO NEAR!!!!!! We paid 10.5k as part payment for 2 new bathrooms and they did not turn up to do the job. Communication was terrible! Very stressful time for us. Please beware as the MD Ryan Mulheron has seemingly opened new company under a different name as he has done on numerous occasion previously so please beware!!! Not deserving of 1 star but had to to write review. Please check ‘company houses’ out with Ryan Mulheron name as MD and history before you visit or part with any hard earned cash that his name has anything to do with .

After much deliberation and 5 quotations (from others) later I accepted Clerwood’s quotation for a new kitchen & utility. I attended the showroom and confirmed the design and the whole sales process was fantastic.I then had the technical survey carried out and we found an old redundant gas pipe which would cause an issue for our corner unit carousel. They amended the costs slightly to allow for the additional works and we set the installation dates.On the agreed dates (May2019) the team arrived as planned and so did the contracts manager. I found the installers clean, tidy and well mannered. David the head installer always kept us updated at the end of the day and emails from the office confirmed the next stages.The final most satisfying aspect of it all is the finished product. I can’t thank the whole team enough for their efforts and I would highly recommend them.Thanks again.

Thanks to Clerwood I now have a fabulous bathroom. I loved being able to see what it would look like on screen and also being able to change things. They kept me updated and snagging issues were sorted immediately.Will definitely have them back to do my kitchen later in the year.

Very interesting to see that 20 reviews have been deleted, including mine, saying how poor the service from Clerwood was, how the Owner Ryan Mulheron, despite, putting in writing, that we would get our money back, and also assured Trading Standards, he would do so, still hasn't paid back one penny he promised, something to hide Mr Mulheron?You will also be promised a first rate boiler and be sold a second rate alternative, and don't expect aftercare service, it is non existent. You leave messages, and not one are returned.

Where to start? 7 months to fit an £18500 kitchen? Poor fit and finish. Advised they would seek legal advice when challenged about final payment. Oh and when you leave a less than brilliant review on their face book page ... they close the page all this on the weekend they were at the Ideal Homes Show on Glasgow! Good luckAlso when typing in on google “clerwood kitchens” the companies house site come up with some interesting information. Have a look for your own protectionIn short.... I would not touch clerwood kitchens or anything to do with them
