First trip to taco bell in the UK. The staff were very friendly and helpful, helping us to order. Everything came out in a nice box and was done very well.We got the crunchwrap cravings meal for 2 which has two beef crunchwrap supreme, two soft beef tacos, two seasoned fries with nacho cheese sauce and two portions of cinnamon twists. Also got two soft drinks. Good value for money. Also use their app for great savingsGiving 4 not 5 star as the toilet door was broken and I had to get my wife to stand outside as it's located near the self-service screens.Other than that great food and will 100% return soon

Shocking, appealing and certainly failing the Taco Bell Franchise standards.To start with, see the pictures and make your own judgment ,barely no filling but only Doritos crushed inside.No parking available as it’s in the main high street, so the picture from Taco Bell website is deceiving.No quiosk machine working, meaning long queues.The only good thing which hasn’t been affect is the fries.Would I come back ? No!!!

Absolutely shocking! So dirty inside. Tables looks like not even wiped once a day. Bins overflowing. Rubbish everywhere. Staff rushing like crazy behind the till but not even one member on the floor cleaning the mess.The food: Portions are so small I can’t even call it a starter. Absolutely tiny and completely not worth it. There is almost nothing in their tacos, the chicken wraps are much better and cheaper at Maccies.Avoid at all cost. Horrible dirty tasteless place.

Love taco bell, but the portion sizes are ridiculous. Barely had any meat in my Quesqedillas. Shocking, a few chips also. Food taste good but hoenstly I felt more full eating some biscuits. Definitely not worth the money, not sure if it was just this branch but I remember going to a London taco bell and enjoyed it

Out to eat with a friend. Saw the this place and thought we'd gamble it with the bad reviews.Sadly it lived up to them.Order was taken quick enough, but the clerk didn't seem to have much knowledge or advice about the menu.Took a while for the food to be prepared, so I wouldn't call this fast food in anyway.Food didn't look all that appealing, but it's all about the flavours.... which are bland.The nachos didn't have much sour cream on, thus thought we could ask for more and that became an issue as it was good enough as far as the staff were concerned.I'd say go for the novelty aspect, but I doubt you'll return.

very busy sunday night; waited ages for order. most tables were dirty. food was okay. got our order wrong: chicken tacos instead of beef and red bean. beef was the best out of all options. more filling needed. churros with caramel dip were delicious. drinks watered down.

I’m visiting from America, and we have many good Taco Bell’s there. All I can say is the food here was disgusting and just overly greasy even by American standards. The chips are smothered in seasoning. I was looking forward to trying a UK Taco Bell and this has just given me a bad image. Girlfriend comment: It’s stank.

Food was incredibly bland. It was the worst place I've ever visited. I had no enjoyment whatsoever in eating the tacos or burrito. In fact I even left some food even though I was still hungry. There are so many better places to eat.

I'd read the previous reviews of this establishment and I thought they must be exaggerated. It couldn't possibly be as bad as everyone is saying. How wrong I was.The first things you see when you walk in is the dirty floors and tables covered in clutter. The tables that have had the previous customers wrappings removed look sticky and in desperate need of a wipe down.There are 2 self order machines but only one is operational, the other is obviously just for decoration. It is also great for leaning against while in the very long queue to use the lone ordering machine. Once you get to the front of the queue, the machine isn't very intuitive, the menu could be laid out much better. Once your order is entered and paid for, that's when you realise, the machine has no receipt paper so there is no proof you've ordered and you have to memorise your order number. I didn't come here to play memory games, I just want to eat.Another very long wait for the food to be prepared, there is a lot of complaining amongst customers and thus is even before they've tasted the food. But, it is a great place to bond with like minded, hungry people who are getting hungrier by the minute. The staff are very slow and aren't apologetic about it. Over half of them are smoking in the doorway so the remaining few are left to make the orders in a production line. By the time you get your food it is generously fingered by a whole gang of teenagers.Now the food really is something special. All of it room temperature despite being made right in front of us mere seconds ago. The taco, filled with unseasoned, flavourless beef mince at the temperature perfect for happy little bacteria to socialise and have one night stands resulting in pregnancy.Luckily there is a solution to the bland flavourless food. There are plenty of red sachets lying around. The name Fire Sauce fills me with hope. I tear open the packet and eagerly smoother my taco with it. I take a bite... more like Disappointment Sauce. It is barely ketchup.The rest of the food wasn't any better and I won't be rushing to visit here again although I was rushing somewhere else with stomach cramps not long after eating. Not recommended, it is a shame there are so few Mexican style food establishment around. If that is the kind of food you enjoy, this is not the place to find it.
