When I got home and checked my order after pre ordering, I didn't get what I ordered and nearly ended up in hospital if I didn't realise that my chicken fried rice was actually egg fried rice, I'm allergic to eggs. I also didn't get my crispy chilli chicken. When I phoned to ask why this happened they hung up and when I rang back to speak to the manager I was told that it was my fault and that they never make mistakes

First time I been to this place for some take away at the counter and completely disappointed with size of the fried rice potion. Not even enough for my 9 year old kid. Really shocking and it's a rip off... Very poor customer service as well and no wonder how they ripping off from their customer for so many years...

The service was good but unfortunately the food was revolting. We had crispy pork which was soggy and rubbery, the egg fried rice was like reheated left overs and the chow mein well that's another story. The menu has been filed in the bin, won't be going back there. Do not recommend

Always consistent with food which is great! Service is easy and friendly too. Always get salt and pepper chips too and they are outstanding!

Food was ok. We had sweet n sour chicken so had the sauce which has shrunk. After putting the sauce over our dinner it was quickly regretted as it was so vinegary you couldn't eat it. Very disappointing

Waste of time going there, the lad behind the counter was too busy playing with a child of a member of staff there to even get a simple order correct. When I phoned to complain he wasn't even bothered.

Oh my I should have taken heed of the previous reviews. We ordered from Golden Ocean yesterday evening and the food was prepared on time. That is end of the positives!The main meals were grease laden-ed yet watery in consistency. We could taste the rancid oil the food had been cooked in and this made the Prawn Crackers in edible. The sugar levels were through the roof. The crispy duck was soggy pieces of fat and skin.It was one of those meals that left you with a feeling of; 'why on earth did we eat that'?Terrible food, complete waste of money suggest you avoid at all costs!

Really good portions only reason for the 4*is the chips let the meal down looked like they had been reheated previously other than that the rest of the meal was really good
