Excellent experience!!A very quick response and great communication. The next day home appointment (it wasn't even an emergency).Paul is a very punctual, an experienced with attention to the details, clean lock expert.The lock, which he has installed in my bedroom and the door handle has blended perfectly with the other ones in the house.The prices are reasonable.I'm a very happy customer.

I have used Keylock in Hillingdon several times for the replacement of locks and the re-alignment of a back door. Paul provides a professional and efficient service at a reasonable price and responded within 30 minutes on a Sunday when I didn't want to leave the property unlocked. I highly recommend this business!

Went in with a lock from a narrowboat that we'd bought and the owner had lost the key, tried to order and when they found the lock had been discontinued made us up a set of 4 keys that fit both locks! Very friendly and even gave me a screw to replace one I'd damaged, can't recommend enough.
