Aspire Removals

When we were looking for a moving firm I wanted friendly, flexible people that would take stress away, rather than add to it. I wanted our stuff moved efficiently and to avoid any damage.We went with Aspire and they delivered. Hanah and Chris and the guys were great. A genuine family firm with trusted people helping them. It may sound silly but when you see the care they take folding their own blankets, you'll see why nothing gets damaged :) ...they care about your stuff, and your day.

We used Aspire for our removals and storage in March, Chris and team were very helpful and booked at very short notice. Unfortunately when our goods were re delivered a couple of months later we found that our 65 inch TV had been damaged beyond repair! After contacting Chris about this I had to wait for quite some time for a response to what would happen. After some time I was told his insurance which was supposed to cover our belongings would not over the TV! After many weeks and contact through what's app and calls to find out what was being done he finally said he had purchased a replacement TV. After another long conversation with him as to why he thinks we would accept a basic model from the spec we had and him saying he would not cover the cost of an equivalent model led me to think I'm not going to get any further. I did hold some monies back as final payment but this does not over the cost of the replacement TV.Would I recommend them, no as this has cost me a lot to replace and the price we paid for the removals and storage was not cheap by any means. I also found some damage on some furniture and my tool chest, difficult to prove now but I know was all OK before.Everything moved from Cyprus without any damage and for far less money!!!

Chris, Damien and Wes were absolutely fantastic moving us into our new home. They were very friendly and professional, and packed everything with great care. I would highly recommend and happily use them again.

We chose Aspire as they were a local company who offered a very personal service, and Chris and his team did not disappointed.Their have a very friendly approach, were incredibly swift and efficient with the packing and took great care with our furniture and personal affects.Nothing was too much trouble when it came to unloading to. Highly recommend them to anyone.

What a perfect experience from Chris and his team at Aspire. The weather on our moving day was horrendous, persistent heavy rain, despite this, our goods & chattels arrived safe and dry, though the lads were soaked. We would definitely recommend this friendly, efficient service.

Chris, Hannah and the team stepped in when we had been let down by another company with three days to completing our sale. They were easy to communicate with and very hard working. We had to use their storage while we renovated our new place and they were equally helpful when we finally moved into our new home.We can't thank you enough for making the process effortless and hassle free. Chris and the team at Aspire moved us into our new house last week and were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they took such amazing care of all of our possessions and dismantled &reassembled our furniture in amazing time. I would highly recommend Aspire to anyone! I would give Aspire Removals 10 stars if it is available. Chris and his team moved us twice. From our old home to our temperate accommodation, then moved us recently from the flat to our permanent new home. Chris and his team have been super professional, extremely carefully when moving boxes, furniture into the brand new house, they did not leave one mark on the wall!
