Had a really nice experience here with a staff member called Bhav! She was very attentive and knowledgeable. Yasamin was super sweet and lovely towards me too. Clean and organised store. I will return.

Amazing sales in store since Boxing Day . This store is so organised and has plenty of cleaning stations with cotton pads, tissues and branded cleaning and makeup removers etc. Good location too just on the entrance to the bullring behind the bull.On my last visit I met with an advisor who was so good at explaining to me that the products against the walls on display are regularly products and that the ones in the centre on the floor are things that come and go. This is helpful for me to know because I get attached to products I love and always want to bulk buy or come back again. I’m someone who recommends things to others and I’d feel disappointed if I’d sent someone to get something I loved and it was gone never to return.I purchased 3 lip liners in the same colour and did my smudge tests on my hand and found the perfect colour for me. And luckily it’s one that’s on the wall and I know I can come back for it. I’ve purchased a similar colour from other places but they run and I don’t like the fuss, finding a pencil that won’t budge is so needed these days as I have found the quality of premium luxury brands and high street brands have declined over the years.I know I’ll be back after a pay day and stock up even though I know I don’t need to bulk buy on the items I love at the moment.

Very bad customer service and bad attitude especially this one black girl with cheap wig. She is very very rude and doesn’t know customer service and thinks shouting at people will make her progress. Never returning or buying any kiko product. I never had kiko product anyways and I will stay this way.

A wide range of products at reasonable prices. The products are displayed clearly and testers are available for most items. Some members of staff were friendlier than others.

I have always loved kilo lipsticks and that’s why I go there but one thing that let me down nearly every time is their staff. They really need to learn customer dealing. Their staff is really rude, most of the time.

Love the products been buying here since I was a young teen, however sometimes when i come in staff are rude and chat amongst themselves.Some staff are really lovely but some of them do not smile, speak to you like you are stupid, for example if there is a 3 for 2 offer on.I work in retail and always greet customers with a smile, some of these people should not be working on the shop floor.

After work, I went to visit KIKO at the location near the bull, and I had the most incredible experience. I knew I would need help because I don't know a lot about makeup and I entered the store practically unsure of what I needed to get. I also like to express a special thanks to Mackeda, a very helpful KIKO employee. Not only did she give me the best customer service, but she also took the time to recommend things that were most suited to my needs, give me an amazing Black Friday deal, and match makeup products to my skin. She was extremely kind and knowledgeable; I can't recommend her enough.I am really grateful for the assistance she gave me today. Thank you Mackeda; it was lovely to meet you. I had a wonderful experience at KIKO. I left the store today feeling very happy with my purchases and even managed to save £30! ☺️

On you as soon as you enter the store . When it comes to taking payment . They don't want your money .When your products come from a fashionable and glamorous world, being basic is an insult , that's all I expect when it comes to service and yet I find that your bullring store isn't even achieving this basic level .Your staff members jump on you as soon as you walk in ,its not even in a friendly manner , it's almost as if they are expecting you to steal the product and when you go to purchase and there are 6 members of staff on the floor chatting and one person servingYou ask if anyone else is serving , and you are told there is only one till open on a Saturday.Two is a queue. I expect basic level of customer service . This store is below basic.I will be emailing head office.
