Unsatisfactory Experience with GapI recently had an unfortunate experience with Gap Personnel that left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. From the start, their customer service was subpar, with representatives hanging up on me shortly after answering my call. This lack of basic courtesy made me feel like my concerns were unimportant.Additionally, the speed at which the representatives spoke was incredibly overwhelming, making it difficult for me to understand the information they were providing. It seemed as though they were rushing through the conversation, leaving no room for questions or clarifications.Furthermore, what disappointed me the most was the agency's apparent disregard for the needs and well-being of the individuals they serve. They did not allow me ample time to express my requirements, concerns, or preferences regarding job placements.I believe that an agency's primary focus should be on assisting and supporting individuals seeking employment, but my experience with Gap left me with a negative impression. I hope that they can learn from this feedback and improve their communication and customer service to better serve their clients in the future..
