Worst milkshake I’ve ever had. Ordered a premium Lindt chocolate milkshake. It was watery and tasted like whole milk with sugar in it. No similarity to flavor on offer. I was with a group who ordered different shakes and they all had the same feedback. Disappointed given the prices. Won’t be back.

Should have been an easy classic, a banana milkshake. Not rocket science.What I got was a banana in milk.Will I go back?Not for the service. I was assured it would be tasty and it wasn't.

Tried this afternoon 12th June 2023. Not bad but not great. Loads of choice of toppings which is great. Unfortunately the actual milkshake was quite watery and not thick at all; too much milk, not enough ice cream, not how a decent milkshake should be made.

Honestly? Good shake, reasonable pricing (yes, it's reasonable.) and fast service. Got the crispy m&m and a mixed punch monster, they were great.

Serves really nice milkshakes that you can customise yourself with different ingredients/sweets/toppings.Customer service is good, the shakes are made fast so there's virtually no wait.Is a little expensive but a nice treat.They say they do an online giveaway wherein you post a #shakeaholicselfie and can win a large shake for free, however I have seen no such activity posted on any of their social medias.

One person working on a Friday evening with long waiting times, finally get to order and the drink I wanted couldn't be ordered due to shortages in stock, so I ordered another and there wasn't stock for that either, so eventually I settle on another and order that.We get our drinks and the cream on mine was sour, so I scraped that off into a bin and then to top it all off I found four pieces of plastic wrappers in mine!That really ruined the experience for me, and also at £5.45 per premium milkshake, not worth it in my opinion.

First time I visited and they have loads to choice from. Got the mint areo milkshake, the taste was perfect, the texture was soft. Staff was helpful and cheerful. Would come back again soon
