We can't rate Vaynol Heating enough. We had every radiator replaced and 4 new ones installed. The job was done well and was priced fairly. All the men were so polite, friendly and hard working (which makes a massive difference when they're in your house for a week!). They tidied up after themselves every day too. I would highly recommend them. Really glad we chose them!

Called at 10am to report a leaky boiler, Llyr the engineer was here at 3.30pm, immediately spotted the issue, and had it fixed in an hour. Can’t ask for better service than that! On top of this he was friendly and professional, and took the time to explain what the issue was and what parts had been replaced. The lady who took my call and arranged everything was also brilliant, making sure it was at a time which suited me. Will 100% be using this company again if needed in future. Thank you!

First class service from this company, my central heating boiler stopped working, as I am covered by my home insurance it was organised that Vaynol heating would sort out my problem. The man arrived on the same day as my telephone call repaired my boiler in no time at all very successfully done, the plumber knew what he was doing he did it well, very pleasant young man easy to talk to and a pleasure to have in my house. Many thanks to the team at Vaynol. I cannot believe how responsive they were to my boiler problem. They visited the same day that the problem was reported and turned up the following day with the replacement part. I would have denied this was even possible before experiencing it myself. What a service from Vaynol heating, called them up to connect a bathroom towel rail and a boiler service, a text to say they where o the way in 10 minutes. The engineer was polite and professional, l will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone, fantastic service.

Good customer service. Had a problem getting the part we needed but Mandy perserved and was very helpful after a week of trying. The lads who fitted the water heater were very polite and explained what they were doing. Very neat ,cleaned up and took away the old water heater. Would use again.

My thanks to Vaynol Heating & Plumbing, can't praise them enough. My heating boiler decide to stop working just as the weather starts to get colder. I though, because of the time of year, I would have to wait a few days. Fortunately, they managed to fit me in and the engineer came out found the fault very quickly and resolved the problem just as quickly. He couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, once again thank you for prompt efficient service.
