Wouldnt hesitate to use company again in fact I will look to see if they have the item I might want first.Why is that you might ask, well the price was very competitive. the ordering process was easy, the item arrived quickly so thats good in my books.

I placed an order and paid for express delivery after a couple of days I didn't receive any emails or notification about delivery.When I emailed about this i got a reply immediately saying there was a problem with stock availability.I then asked to cancel the order and get a refund which they responded back immediately.They seem to have excellent customer servcie unfortunate about stock availability but i would use again.

Beware! 3 weeks later and still waiting for goods. No communication and finally after threatening to lodge a dispute with my credit card to get my money back, they have decided to get in touch. Miraculously my order has now been dispatched. Will it ever arrive? Who knows! Personally, no one should have to be placed in this situation. In light of my experience, I would suggest you think twice before buying from them.

Poor delivery service. Item hadn't even been shipped within a week of ordering despite paying for express shipping.Very quick turn around on refund process which was a small positive, although there was no explanation on why item never arrived.

I was very pleased with product and service. The same cannot be said for the Post Office. My parcel was inexplicably sent to Northern Ireland. It eventually reached me 7 days later. I think a different carrier might be worth trying.

Item I ordered arrived damaged. Their preferred method of communication is via WhatsApp which is quite frustrating as they don't seem to read the replies. Initially they said they would collect faulty item Monday, then said it would be today. I've waited in all day and nobody has called to collect!

Having lived with rock salt for the winter stored in bags in the garage for years I decided it would be smarter to invest in a storage bin. Having looked on line and not wanting the large yellow bins often seen I chose the 47 litre bin offered, this would allow me to use my salt as required through the winter and top up with another bag as needed. The bin is much sturdier than I was expecting with a small footprint making it suitable for use where space is limited. Arrived well packaged and on time. Thank you.
