To be honest on first visit I completely missed the venue as I was looking for the big M. However second time lucky found it. Nice and clean. Need fries to be hotter as when you reach the bottom you don't want cold fries. Will be back!

Food is ok it's a McDonald's but the rubbish outside and in side is alarming dogs are stopping at the door a few people complaining but after 30mins nothing done about

DO NOT GO!! order from her multipul times giving chance after chance and everything keeps being wrong food being cold, not the right order, rude staff, not giving the full order just half. The amount of chances this place has gotten and it has just kept getting worse and its not worth any money!!

Absolutely disgusting ... I ordered a Big Mac and when I went to tuck in the buger was missing on the bottom half... showed the girls I was with then went to the front to show the person at the till and ask for another .. as I watch this young lad go in to the back, he opens the burger to show them that it is missing a beef patty and 1 person acknowledges it then another person takes it from him opens it up again whacks a patty in there then tells the poor kid to bring it out to me and state that the burger was in there the whole time -which it wasn't. I tried arguing the fact with him that it wasn't and it was just thrown in there and I could see that and he stuck to the line he was told to say that it was already there. . So I just left it..On top of that, one of the happy meals had no chips so had to go back and my drink was a diet coke not a regular so had to go back as I can't stand diet coke. I felt so sorry for the poor lads running round constantly but the people in the back that prepared the food... not impressed.Will not be going back to that one again. So many violations of Health and Safety regarding food... mouldy chips on the floor (Didn't think a mcdonalds could go mouldy but apparently in Rhyl anything is possible... how long had that chip been there?!)Chips tasted awful and so did the chicken nuggets -old oil, been cooked in with something not nice at all kinda taste and smell.

Do not order for delivery from here. UNLESS YOU WANT TO WALK TO GO GET WHAT THEY MISSED OFF. I was missing 3 meals. Uber Eats was a waste of time and calling to store is also a waste of time. Had to walk and go get my remaining meals. This was Friday evening so I did give them 2 stars. But come on guys. Read the receipt.

Omg I don't ever write reviews...But this was an absolute disgrace of a service produce and quality for money....1stly I was stood there for 45 minuets waiting for my order with my 2 year old son then the order was literally THROWN in the bag there was so many unhappy people all around me it was intimidating staff and customers included.. then to top it off I had things missing in the order and by the time that had been corrected the rest of my order was cold and I had to reheat everything for the kids when I got home.Was offered no refund NO APOLOGY NO SYMPATHY FOR ANY PART OF THIS AWFUL AND DREADFUL EXPERIENCE...THE ONLY thing I could advise for this restaurant is shut down and re start and get adults in !!!What a joke!!!!!

It's not the staff unfortunately it's the bored kids. I have seen them in there eating K.F.C take out whilst sitting inside MCDONALD'S.The staff try their best though

Worst service i’ve had here. I have ordered multiple times but giving chance after chance this will be my last time. I did delivery although it was fast the fries came freezing cold and stale, i was missing food from my order, gave no sauces or straws and when i called them to ask for the food missing to come they were very rude. will not be going again!!!!
