We biked here and didn’t have to pay for parking. They have some bike holders for you to tie your bikes up. The routes are well signed and we did the black route anti-clockwise to the viewpoint and the views are spectacular. We had our packed lunch and then returned via the red route. There are some steep climbs in places but nothing that a reasonably fit person couldn’t handle.

Car park was £3 for the day, there was a little drinking water tap at the site as well. Lots of dog poo bins, but NO regular trash bins! Lots of regular viewpoints, the black trial took us just under 2 hours and wasn’t too difficult but weather helped us out ! Lots of viewpoints along the way and picnic benches! There is an extension route to the black route but not many details!

Fantastic circular walks from car park which is approx £3 to park all day - we took the red walk which was 2 hour circular black is 3-4 hours recommend good walking shoes as parts can be slippy and muddy depending on weather lots viewpoints giving stunning views over lochlomond and the hills beyond. Only 10 minute drive from oak tree inn which has amazing bar selling wArm coffees and excellent meals great accommodation

Amazing views. Great for solo walking as there are designated easy to follow paths. Usually a member of staff at the start at the visitors centre. Toilets too that you can use before you set off. Walks didn't take as long as advertised. I managed the 3 hour walk in 2hrs 15min and I don't consider myself a fast walker. Stopped for photos and lunch as well. Would take longer with children or people not used to walking. Well worth a visit.

Parking is £3 if I remember correctly, there is lots of different paths and unfortunately the map doesn't really show you them. But has signs explaining the local wildlife at different sections and has a beautiful look out spot, yet again not sign posted it shown clearly on the map.

There are 4 fantastic routes which are all sign posted. The routes range from easy to moderate. Being so close to the west coast of Scotland, Cashel experiences a maritime climate with a predominantly south-westerly air stream.
