I was very unsure about this when I got the first few calls but thank goodness they didn't give up on me. Because I get so many cold calls who don't want to sell me anything, but they do, I assumed that Consumer Energy Solutions was just another one!But they weren't.I spoke to a guy called John who was extremely helpful, and then some. He was so patient with me. An 80 year old isn't the fastest on the uptake!! But he helped me through all the requirements for the Government Grant and finally we were in business.I qualified for the Solar Panels, the Boiler, the Radiators and the Extractor Fans.The work force were very pleasant, fast working and knowledgeable.If I had a criticism it would be that they could have cleared up a bit better. But after all, I WAS getting £20,000 worth of kit for free!!And best of all, the house stays at 20 degrees day and night and I can walk from one room to another without walking into a cold room.I really am delighted with the system, AND its going to put quite a lot of value on the house and save me a fair bit on my energy bills!!!I call that a win win situation!

Absolutely outstanding service, I have been so impressed with the quality of work, the speed of service, the customer care and the professionalism of everyone who has come to the house. The install was completed so well with all the pipework is hidden from view, the installers were so supportive and the whole process was so quick and efficient that were are truly delighted and highly impressed. From start to finish this company have been incredible. From the initial installation of heat pump and heating system by Bleddyn and Jordan who were extremely helpful,friendly and tidy workers who left our house immaculate after each days work through to Marcin on the loft insulation and the swift response times from the office of any queries we had. Consumer Energy Solutions fitted our solar panels last year. The service was excellent, from the initial communication, through to the installation and the demonstration of how the digital display works and how to get the optimum benefit from the the panels.A year on, and the benefits have been tremendous. The savings we have made ove the year has really helped, especial through the energy crisis. I can not rate the team highly enough. A huge thank you!

We chose this firm to do our heat pump/ solar panels/ loft insulation. They were brilliant!! Nothing was too much trouble for them. From planning to fitting. They didn’t put a foot wrong. Every phone call we made was dealt with professionalism. Dealing with all questions in a friendly manner. The fitters of the heat pump were professional but friendly. Cleaning up after each day and leaving no mess whatsoever. The solar panel lads were friendly and did their job brilliantly. Even the loft insulation lads went that extra mile to refit our loft floorboards, moving our considerable amount of clutter without any fuss in what was a very warm day. All in all. A great company and one that we would recommend to everyone.

Started great, but quickly went south on week 2. My carpets were ruined because certain teams didn't put the carpet protector down, so during wet days, mud, dirt, sh*t etc was walked right through thebhouse and embedded in cream carpets. I've received all the certificates for installs etc yet after over 3 weeks, I still have no heating (this has never worked since install. No dust sheets were used when driling a massive hole in my kitchen, brick water stains all up my kitchen walls and all over crockery and cutlery etc. Walls were left out of alignment and had to be corrected by decent plasterers (Dean, Elliot and Glyn, you guys were amazing)Still waiting for electrics to be put right in 1 room as the socket is hanging out of the wall and not secured. 2 sockets in one room has become 1 socket, so we have lost out there also. The pictures showing mess in living room is how it was left after the boarding was completed and the workers had left for good. Then the outside wasn't washed away. Just left for us and our neighbour to clean up. I honestly wish I had gone with another company, again with the exception of The Plaster boys and Grant..

I was approached by CES in March 2022 as part of the government grant for solar panel installation. At first I was skeptical that I would be eligible for panels at no cost to myself! However that was indeed the case, and, after a survey and checks regarding annual income the grant was approved and my panels installed, without fuss or mess, in June of the same year. They've been a real bonus, saving me a great deal on my energy bills, particularly building up a huge credit during the summer months. Although I don't have a battery pack (yet) they're a great advantage to have.

Nothing was too much trouble. I was kept updated throughout the whole process. Queries are dealt with quickly. Everyone that worked at the property were professional and tidy.I highly recommend this company

Whilst having covid i had some spare time to trawl the internet and see if i could find some Sort of grant for solar panels and i stumbles across this company! They have been superb! I had all My heaters replaced air source heading installed and solar panels ALL FOR FREE! Also extra wall and loftInsulation my house is now so warm and so much more affordable for electric and heating! Lovely friendly and helpful team and company! Thank you!!
