We ordered a taxi for our company for our Christmas party to and from central London from Farnham. The way back was was absolutely unacceptable the driver refused to stop at a place on route for a few seconds for one of our female colleagues who did not want to walk through aldershot to her house in the middle of the night alone. He was so rude and refused to inform us which address he was dropping us at and three of us were dropping in the pouring rain on the side of the road. A taxi is booked to ensure people get some safely and comfortably especially at a cost of £500+ this is totally unacceptable refusing to be flexible to get people back safely. It is a taxi drivers job to ensure the safety of their passengers and understandably routes may change slightly due to traffic or weather but this company was completely unhelpful and refused to do anything to help us he responded saying ‘I am not doing that’. We would of required taxis again next month to and from the airport for the whole office and we certainly won't be booking through this company. Your driver has caused you to loose future business. Disgusting.

Family trip for 10 to Twickenham for the Rugby, the bus arrived both ways on time, great drivers, comfy clean vehicles. The fixture was postponed from Christmas due to the rail strikes and the kick off time was changed twice. The company were very understanding and flexible. Great communicators by both email and text. From this experience highly recommended, thanks.

Excellent! Just used Ambassador to drive my family into central London and back for a few days holiday. It was not only cheaper than the return train trip for 6 of us but the door to door service was great.The vehicle was nice and clean and Charles our driver was very nice man and super professional. Excellent service, great drivers!! The prices were extremely competitive, and the vehicles are all of the highest standard being clean, comfortable and well maintained (and virtually new). The drivers (we used them twice) were both excellent and professional and despite a difficult location (Wembley Stadium for a big gig) to drop off and pick up, both times things went smoothly. Highly recommended for an excellent experience from start to finish, and a big thank you to Kim for the emails and phone calls!

Aldershot Royal Naval Assocaition needed a minibus at short notice for an outing to Waterlooville RNA. Ambassador were more than happy to accommodate us and were flexible to our pick up requirements. The driver and the minibus were excellent

We had a trip to the theatre yesterday. Our driver was Steve who was excellent.We all had a very comfortable ride even though the weather conditions on the way back were fairly extreme at one point but always felt safe.We were kept informed of our booking and new the name and contact details of our driver before we travelled.We felt the service deserved a 5star review and will definitely refer and use this company again.

Hired the 16 seater Mercedes mini bus to transport 14 family members and luggage to and from Heathrow. We had a 4am pick up and Donna arrived on time. A week later the pick up was equally efficient with Kerry monitoring our arrival and met us ahead of schedule. Undoubtedly a 5* service with nice clean vehicles and great communication. Planning and administrative staff equally efficient.Unequivocal Recommendation and would use again.
