Willow Counselling - Grimsby

Jemmima is a great counsellor who has encouraged me to challenge negative thought patterns and focus on positives which have helped immensely with my self-esteem. She is warm and a great listener making me feel at ease without any judgement. Being outside was an unexpected perk which has been such a valuable experience. Walking and talking with Jemmima felt like walking with a well known friend but with the added benefit of the knowledge she brings through her counselling.
