We lost our beautiful Tess 2 weeks ago today. Pet medics recommend this place and we went ahead and had her cremated, paw print done and fire keep sake. Thank you for taking care of her in her final moments. We’re happy to have her home. And thank you to the lovely ladies on the front desk. You were compassionate and caring when I was fighting back the tears sorting this all. Thank you

We lost both our fur babies on the same day Harvey (15.5) and Alfie (9.5) and decided we wanted them to be cremated together, we discussed this with the member of staff who was very helpful and caring. We had time to say goodbye to them both in the chapel and were able to pick their ashes up along with paw prints the following day. At a time when we were both devastated, the staff were professional and caring and thank them for helping us in a time of sorrow

We have been very disappointed with and upset by the service provided by Whitley Brook. Despite advertising a compassionate service, they called my partner the day after our dog was put to sleep and harassed him to chose an urn when he was at work and couldn't access the details, causing further upset. When we collected our dog's ashes, they've spelt his name wrong on the box. A small point but shows a lack of care at this horrible time.

Thank you for your understanding and compassion shown to me at the time of the loss of my beloved Harry. The dignity shown and respect for him and ensuring he was returned home quickly I am unable to express in words my gratitude to you all

My dog of 12 years had to go to sleep in a very short amount of time from diagnosis to passing. My vets sent me home with the details of Whitley Brook and told me to call them the following week when i felt ready and arrange a cremation. 2 days later I got a voicemail saying they had received my pet and could I call to arrange. I hadn't processed properly and called back to arrange.I'd explained my head was all over the place and I wanted to ask my vet to get a clipping of her fur for a small keepsake. I'd asked the receptionist after nearly £245 for the cremation if they could please send back a small clipping along with her ashes.I was told I would have to pay for this, no compassion was met in my eyes.I would have to pay for a small amount of hair from my family dog of 12 years. I didn't want a fancy bag or box just a last bit of furr from my baby.I regret not collecting her and taking her else were to just retrieve that last bit of fur :(

At the beginning they were empathetic. When they got our money I would have expected some correspondence with regards to when our beloved dog was going to be cremated. That was the first downfall. Since then we have heard nothing from them and we have constantly been in touch with the vet asking if his ashes had returned. No they hadn't. Contacted by whitley Brook after emailing them this morning and they were looking into it. They sent another email 50 minutes later to inform us that he was on the wrong shelf?? This has left me utterly bereft and when I called them they didn't seem that bothered. A disgrace and I certainly won't be using them next time. I certainly don't expect this kind of service or an apology.

Thank you to Judy who took care of all of my wishes regarding my boy and giving him the best send off. Also thank you for making him look so beautiful and peaceful when we came for our goodbyes. Absolutely fantastic work and you treat any and all animals with so much respect!

After loosing my beautiful baby boy Benny, I was referred here from Pet Medics. I was so relived to see that individual cremations were possible and I was keen to have one arranged. The service was excellent, and what is a very heartbreaking position to be in, they really made things easier. He was brought to the facility and we had time to spend time with him before he went, which was really beautiful. I chose same day service so a couple of hours later he was ready to come back home. Nobody wants to be in this position, but it's inevitable and Whitley Brook really made the difference and allowed me to give him a proper, non rushed send off. I would recommend them to anybody wishing to give their fur babies a proper, dignified send off. It's been hard enough, and they certainly didn't make it any more difficult. Thanks,Mark T

It has taken me a day or two to be able to compose this review, as I couldn’t quite get my words right.I lost my beloved St Bernard a few days ago & I am soul destroyed as her passing. A few weeks previous to this I had lost my beloved cat to Cancer, and the loss of my dog was too much for me. I rung Whitley Brook as they took great care of my cat Hector when he needed looking after. All I can say is from the moment that my call was answered, I knew I had made the correct decision, but when Dave & Andy came to collect my dog, Boo, I was blown out of the water.I was treated with compassion and respect even before they took care of my Boo. I would just like to pass on my thanks and every good wish to these two gentlemen, they were grace and professionalism personified and I can never thank them enough.
