The visitors centre and cafe,caerphilly Castle
Stopped here for coffee and cake. End up with hot chocolate it looked so delicious. Disabled access and lift to toilets. Very clean and friendly with a warm atmosphere. Very reasonably priced and food was delicious, I had a scone with cream and jam, my daughter had their famous Welsh cake's. Cafe was busy but staff served us quickly would definitely recommend.

Modern premises. Lovely food and friendly staff. Tables inside and out - excellent views to castle, moat and swans across the main road.

A lovely little place. We are outside and thoroughly enjoyed the views, service and food, even the price. Most definitely coming back. My BLT was delicious, thick bacon slices and the stacked bowl of crisps on the side hit the spot. Great quality.

The visitors centre and cafe,caerphilly Castle
Great way to start or finish your Caerphilly Castle visit! Before entering Caerphilly Castle i decided to stop for a coffee. I had an espresso with a Welsh scone which was served with jam and a welsh butter creme. The coffee and scone tasted even better with the wonderful view i had from the balcony! The interior was cozy, the staff was wonderful, and the view was the best. I was fortunate to be served quickly since it is a weekday. Totally recommended stop!

Had to wait 30 mins for two coffees and a couple cakes. Lovely location, staff were nice but certainly not a place to go if you’re in any kind of rush
