Great vets 1 of my dogs love it there and he hated my old vet all the staff are great with him and my asbo dog as well who's a hand full in the vet but they work round him all round great place 10 out of 10 from me

My dog went here for an xray as he was limping, an hour later I got a telephone call to say my dog had died under anasetic. He was only 7 years old and fit, declared by a vet the day before and the morning of the xray.Please sign on at Moor Lane vets in crosby village as they have regular vets and staff.We are both still in shock and deverstated

I had my little 1 in there they have the cheek to charge you for being with them each monthHe had a problem with his fur cost over £500 pound which none of the treatment worked then because i left that this vets they charged me £78 pound for leaving which i found absolutely disgusting. Took to another vet who told me to give him evening primrose oil which cost £28pence and his fur is fine lovely and shinyDefinitely wouldn't recommend this robbing VETS

Was a brilliant vets prior to being taken over by medivet. Unfortunately, it has lost its personal touch. Staff often rude on the phone, minimal professionalism given, failure to return calls multiple times. Incorrect information given on more than one occasion. Not somewhere I would feel comfortable taking my pets to. After 20years and following a misunderstanding which they refuse to accept or resolve, we have now left this vets practice.

This once great vets has now become part of Medivet and has become unrecognizable and now only offers poor service. Avoid. Such a shame.

Our cat needed urgent treatment ,our usual vet wasn't open for a further two days,so we came to The Mews. They gave our cat a through examination and treatment for his condition. Great staff,thank you all.

Would not trust them with any animal,asking for £2000 to keep a dog in a empty vets for 2 nights,ended up charging £300 for medication and the dog passed the next day,was a lovely vets once but would not take another animal where there such little care.
