Such a beautiful building. The architecture inside is a piece of art. The location is fantastic, lots of cycle parking place outside.Staff of Lloyds are very helpful. Did not have to wait for long in the queue.

This branch is housed in a very nice big building.However, despite the large number of counters available, there are often just a few staffs visible at the front desk. Waiting time in this branch is one of the longest amongst other branches I have been to. Nothing seems to be done even when the queues are obviously long. The few times I visited the branch, I have seen people getting frustrated and walked out.Saying that, I have to say that the staffs are friendly and helpful when I was being attended to.Perhaps a better customer flow management or staff redirection might make things better.

Absolutely clueless. I went in with a relatively straightforward question, and they just gave me the phone number of their enquiry line. Calling it, I was told I was in a queue and would need to wait about 50 minutes on the phone. I do wonder what the point of this branch is. Nice building tho.

It's a typical bank branch. I find it to be a bit understaffed so there's always a line but it offers the same range of services with the same level of quality as you would find at any bank branch. The only thing that makes this branch notable is that the architecture is simply gorgeous so at least you have something to look at while you're in the queue.

As always, proved to be willing to help their customers in a friendly way.Managed to get an advise for a credit card when the branch was almost closing, got an appointment for 2 days later and got what I was looking for.So far Lloyds has never disappointed me, in all the branches I've been in.

Long lines, unhelpful staff & a waste of time. It was here that I met the first rude person in town—one of the middle-aged ladies working there never let me finish my sentences (of which there were two) and simply directed me to wait. A simple answer that I didn't have the right documents could've saved me the wait. Too bad my regular bank only has one location in London and I've already spent the time trying to get through the online app!

I went there today to get a quote for home insurance and all of the staff was very helpfull especially Kane who explained everything to me in detail and I was really impressed with his customer service skills and knowledge,Thank you very much
