We dealt with James & his assistant Catherine on two separate conveyancing transactions over the past year and found them a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were extremely efficient throughout and responsive. Both transactions had a tight deadline and in my view, it was their professionalism that enabled them to complete on schedule (one of them ahead of schedule!) and in a seamless manner. We are based outside the of the UK, which we thought may cause difficulties, though with their help and support, everything ran smoothly. Quite rude. I would avoid. When going to pick the keys up I was barked at. When the keys for my purchase didn't arrive, I was told to go away and wait for a phonecall. Not very nice experience.

Cooper Stott handled our recent conveyancing and were prompt and professional throughout the entire process. Our chain was beset with delays due to incompetence of other solicitors in the process, but Katie was very agile in responding, plus very personable which is important when you need to be led through a process. Communication was excellent throughout the process and any queries were dealt with promptly.
