This company should be investigated, I have never encountered such a poor service,total disinterest once they've taken your money,lie after lie,was told 3-4 day delivery - now on day10, promised several callbacks to give me information -never happens. When ordering you speak to a polite enthusiastic person,from then on you get someone who sounds bored and only turns up everyday because it's a job".Absolute disgrace.I will report to the relative authorities."

I called this place from out of town confirmed the purchase for a suspension. When i arrived half an hour later he did not respond. I waited an hour trying to call him many times left a message but still no response even tho he said he will be their till late. The fone was engaged twice so someone was inn. Disgraceful.

Louis is the key person in the shop, he is accurate, very helpful and professional. He not only provided me a good gearbox but also helped me to find exhaust pipe from a different supplier. Shameful company.. the owner has a serious lack of professionalism and shouldnt be running a business, this company can't even find the time to take photos of their stock for the consumer.. Staff are more helpful than the dictator boss. Dodgy Company that wants to take people's money. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased an engine from them before Easter. For two weeks they could not deliver the engine. I had to ho elsewhere to buy another engine .secondly one and a half weeks and counting I have still not received my refund of 700 pound. I am still waiting and its a shame to provide such a bad service to customers

Worst experience ever and not to be trusted. Purchased an Astra gearbox which when received was jammed in reverse. Promised a replacement would be sent which after numerous promises and blaming every delivery company in the UK never arrived. Promised to collect the faulty unit and issue a refund which again never happened. Finally reimbursed having had to pay to send back the faulty unit and raise a dispute through Paypal.

AWFUL!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!Never delivered parts - took our money - wouldn't provide tracking info - then would not answer any phones to us unless we withheld the numberreported to the fraud service as they have stolen from us.NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Nearly two weeks now I paid for an engine that has not been delivered. Staff do not offer help and most times the phone doesn't work.
