Without going too much into it, after a series of unfortunate events I ended up trying to build my own bike. Unfortunately there's only so much you can gleam from a book or from YouTube videos, it doesn't compare to the real deal/ professional. Enter Glen, he arrived on time as promised, showed me where I had gone wrong, he rectified all my rookie errors and gave me his professional opinion and advice on whatever I thought to ask. Very approachable, professional with incredibly reasonable transparent pricing. Honestly did save the day and after my 6 month saga I am finally on the road all thanks to him. Can't recommend enough, as long as I am in this part of the country he will without a doubt be my first port of call for my cycling maintenance needs. Cheers Glen!

Glen has been an absolute star. His cheerful attitude - when dealing with the epic nightmare of a bike - was really refreshing. Customer service was second-to-none. Booked Glen six weeks ago to service my 23 year old mountain bike. He turned up on time having re-confirmed the night before. Practical advice given on getting the bike up to speed without any sales pressure and worked efficiently answering my questions and left me some 2 hours later with a road worthy bike again. Excellent service from Glen, came to my house as booked, showed me all the issues with the bike, very knowledgeable.One of the replacement parts was at the wrong angle as my bike is old, so he found an adapter to make that work.Did a full service and now its working like it was new.Very impressed, highly recommended
