Very good value but at the price of all professionalism, expertise and plain manners. Would not trust them to deal with a Will or Probate again, has made a tough time 100% harder

If you want to move house and need a solicitor? Never choose these, they were cheapest ones for us, now I understand why, leave your messages unread for weeks, we have had both of us, our estate agent, our legal broker and the sellers solicitor contacting them for the past 2 weeks since the searches was completed to find out a date for completion, they have ignored us all, absolutely useless,Made thus whole process take 10x linger than it should, and have been absolutely zero help. Definitely need retraining in customer relations, considering that when you hire a solicitor they work for you.
