Do not waste your time or money. Very rude and complete liars. I had my husbands surprise party last year and she nearly let the whole thing out. Then agreed to deliver the decorations and failed and lied and said their van had broken down, yet telling me she had to run to the airport to catch a flight. Leaving us to take a balloon arch and huge bunches of balloons in our cars which then burst! She then overcharged me and LAUGHED it off! All knowing I was struggling to juggle this, look after my baby and prepare for the party 2 HOURS BEFORE due to her incompetence. never ever using her again. So so disappointed! She will just laugh at you, talk over you and take your money. I messaged the owner and after 7 months of not hearing from her as any sort of apology I'm doing this. I didnt want to but I didn't want the next person to be ripped off and stressed out as I was! Please please go to the COMPLETE party services on Farnham Road as they are soooo professional compared to these people.

Excellent place. Little family run shop. Lovely decorations for all sorts of parties. The lady working at the shop is lovely
